TechLab+ ("the Company") provides a limited warranty for laptops, phones, and electronic devices ("products") purchased directly from TechLab+. This limited warranty covers a period of twelve (12) months for refurbished laptops, three (3) months for repairs, and six (6) months for refurbished tablets.
During the warranty period, TechLab+ will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that exhibits defects arising from normal use and operation. This warranty covers issues such as defects in materials, manufacturing faults, or functional problems under normal operating conditions.
Please note: If a repair performed by TechLab+ appears to affect another part of the device, customers must notify TechLab+ within 48 hours of receiving the repaired product. This "cooling period" allows TechLab+ to address any unintended issues promptly. Beyond this 48-hour window, TechLab+ cannot be held liable for claims regarding additional faults. For example, if a screen repair is completed and the customer reports a problem with the speakers a week later, this will not fall under TechLab+'s liability or warranty coverage.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact TechLab+ customer service via email at [info@techlab.plus] or by phone at [0208 129 3832]. The customer service team will guide the customer through the warranty claims process, which may include troubleshooting steps or returning the product for inspection.
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, TechLab+ will assess the product and determine whether the defect is covered under the limited warranty. If the defect is covered, TechLab+ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe. Any repaired or replaced products will continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original product.
If any defect caused by the user is not covered by the warranty, TechLab+ may offer the repair at a discounted price upon inspection. Discounted prices will depend on the product and the costs associated with the repair and will be subject to availability. Please contact TechLab+ via email or phone to discuss pricing.
To the extent permitted by law, TechLab+’s liability under this limited warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products as described herein. TechLab+ shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
TechLab+ reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the warranty policy will be effective immediately upon posting on TechLab+’s website or other applicable platforms.
